All services provided by Camisas Express Ltda are subject to availability and acceptance of orders placed by customers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Orders involving custom manufacturing must meet specified requirements and quantities as outlined on our platform or agreed upon directly.

3. Orders and Pricing
Prices for products and services are subject to change without prior notice. Any quotations given are valid for the period stated or, if no period is stated, for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Camisas Express Ltda is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions.

4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the terms set forth at the time of purchase or contract agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services, as well as additional charges for collection or legal fees.

5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Camisas Express Ltda will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery deadlines but shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery at the specified address.

6. Quality and Inspection
All products manufactured and delivered by Camisas Express Ltda undergo strict quality control procedures. Customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within 7 days. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to designs, logos, trademarks, and content on the Camisas Express Ltda website and in product offerings remain the sole property of Camisas Express Ltda or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Camisas Express Ltda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant products or services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
